What a great day it was! Mommy and Daddy stayed home with me today. We dubbed around the kitchen this morning, the weather person said it was going to be hot and sunny. He was wrong, dead wrong. We made the best of it, Mom packed Dad and I up in the car and headed to Elmore Mountain! I got to be in my backpack chair and hiked!
We went up and down the trail, but on the way down, I got a little sleepy. Its a little different than when I am in the chair during the winter months, not too much padding for me to sleep on…..see?
We were all a bit sticky from the hike, so we headed over to the lake! Mommy took my shoes off and stuck my little piggies in the water…..brrrr!
At the very end of the day, we were just sitting by the lake, drying our feet off and all of a sudden a huge rain storm came and got us all soaked! Yikes!

Sporting a new hat!
Don't worry everyone, the napkin Daddy put on my head was clean. It was something that looked cool at the moment, like I should be going on a motorcycle ride?

Happy mothers day!
Happy mom's day to all you favorite mommy's out there! I got to spend the whole day with MY mommy. Dad and I woke her up in bed, got her some fun things to open for her gift, and spent the day outside! We all went for a walk on the bike path, met A LOT of other moms and their kids, played in the yard, and grandma was here too!

10 months old…..and 6 days….eak!
Hello all! I've been growing so fast these days, I seem to not have time to do anything else! Particularly writing on this blog! Here I am in my standard 10 month onsie. Dad has a hard time fitting all of me in the photo these days. I am still wearing SOME 9month old clothing, but for the most part, 12month clothing is much more comfortable

I'm in jail!
Times are changing I heard Daddy say just today. According to Mom and dad, I am difficult to keep contained. See….I have learned how to crawl, ALMOST….most of the time I just skootch from one end of the house to the other. LOVE to get into things I am not supposed to, particularly the entertainment center and the mud room! Daddy made my changing table into a "jail"or playpen. I like it 'cause I can scratch the sides!
