Decorating

Tis the season! Mommy and Daddy brought home a big green thing two weeks ago. Daddy went up in the attic, came down with box after box of fun stuff! Here, you can see me every so gently, placing decorations on our christmas tree!

Kitty door

Some have asked in the past if I could fit my head through the door the cats go in and out of. Here is your answer.......notice my helmet slash winter hat, I tend to walk around the house with it often.

Dad dressed me today, please excuse his style. I thought I looked fabulous!

We finally got to see the big yellow thing in the sky today! Its been 10 solid days of pure cloudiness here in Lamoille county. Dad took me out to get some vitamin D, we also dabbled playing in the snow.

Learning to vacuum

So I see Dad using this machine quite often. Mostly to pick up all my goodies from breakfast, lunch, or dinner that end up on the floor, but also to pick up all of Claire and Kidies hair. Lately I have shown a little interest in helping, so I attempted to do it like Dad, but Mom needed to help me, the handle is just a TAD to heavy for my dainty hands!

Washing hands

Mom and Dad bought me something new this week. They call it a stool…I call it a washing step. See, now that I am MUCH older, I tend to get dirty, especially my hands. Mommy likes me to get on the washing step, stick my hands under the water, get some soap on 'em, scrub scrub scrub! Then, we dry our hands, and voila! Clean hands!

PS- sometimes I just sit on the washing step

Helping my dad

Dad does a LOT of work around here, and I have been there to help him out on a couple of projects lately!  Before the snow came, he planted garlic, which will wait under the ground all winter long and sprout in the spring.  He dug the holes and I tossed in the garlic.  It was a cold and dirty job, but someone had to do it!!

Then I helped dad measure for a new rug.  We used this yellow tape thingy that grew longer when you pulled it and then zoomed back in the orange container when you let it go! Weird and cool.  My job was to hold the tape…pretty easy and SUPER FUN (for some reason!)

Me and mommy….we just play in the snow in funny hats.
